Shipping Information
Shipping Processing Time
Artwork will be shipped from the studio within a week of receipt of full payment. Typically, pieces go out in one or two days. We will supply you with tracking information so you can stay apprised of your delivery.
All Artwork Can Be Shipped Worldwide
Smaller items will be shipped through the US Postal Service.
Large wall pieces will be shipped through United Parcel Service.
All items will be securely packaged. Moe hand-builds crates for all of his large pieces.
We insure all artwork.
The buyer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Please contact us and provide us with your shipping address so we can get a quote. We will then notify you of the price, and you can decide if you want to proceed with the purchase. We will invoice you separately via email for shipping payment.
Local Pick-Up Options
If you live in the Central New York area or want to take a mini-vacation, you are welcome to visit our studios and pick up your artwork.
We can also deliver and install your piece if you are interested. You can contact me to discuss this option.
Return Policy
Our goal is for you to be 100% happy with our work. If you change your mind about your purchase, returns are accepted within seven days of receipt of delivery. Full refunds will only be granted if the artwork is returned in original condition. Art must be packaged the same way it was when you received it (you can reuse the packaging in which it came). Don't hesitate to contact us at moeandsarah@lalondestudios.com to process a return.
Return shipping fees, like all shipping charges, are the customer’s responsibility. Once we have the artwork in perfect condition, we can proceed with a refund (less shipping charges).
If your piece is a custom commission, there are no refunds or exchanges. All commission sales are final. You will be given many chances to make changes during the piece's development.
